Description.

A very attractive private countryside villa situated between Pollensa bay and Alcudia bay and just 1,200 metres from the historic old town of Alcudia.

The villa is set in 7000sq metres with spacious private lawn for children to play or simply to relax in this peaceful and quiet setting. The villa is modern and spacious. The airy interiors have traditional beamed ceilings and floors and the rooms are tastefully furnished. All rooms have reverse cycle air conditioning for summer and winter comfort.

There is a large covered terrace for al fresco dining, and within the private garden there is a 4 x 9 metres (13 x 38ft) swimming pool and all year round Jacuzzi.

Ideal for one or two families.

Complete with Sky TV. With BBC and ITV to fill in the gaps in your activities.

Good location. Countryside. Less than a mile to the old town of Alcudia via quiet country lanes. Also only 5 minutes drive to the long golden beaches of Alcudia and Port of Pollensa.

Linen / Towels provided on every change over day. Towels changed midweek.

Golf
 Alcanada (Alcudia) is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea views from almost every fairway. Not to be left out, non players can enjoy a sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace.

Walking / Trekking The North of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is the prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in autumn and spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling.

Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia) it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics. The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which for many centuries has filled up with sediments converting it into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park, which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife.

Cycling.  Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with their spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads.

Available to enter the property at 16.00 hour’s, day of departure at 10.00 hours.
