Description.
A beautiful private countryside villa in a unique peaceful location which helps you enjoy a relaxing holiday, and is situated between Pollensa bay and Alcudia bay and just 300 metres from the historic old town of Alcudia.
The villa is set in 7000sq metres with private lawn and a 4 x 9 (13 x 38ft) metre swimming pool and covered terrace for al fresco dining. Ideal for families with children, couples and anybody who is looking for a relaxing environment.
The villa is modern and spacious with tasteful modern furnishings throughout. Attractive beamed ceilings feature throughout this beautifully presented property.

(Alcudia) is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea
views from almost every fairway. Not to be left out, non players can enjoy a
sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace.
Walking / Trekking The North of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is the prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in autumn and spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling.
Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia) it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics. The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which for many centuries has filled up with sediments converting it into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park, which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife.
Cycling. Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with their spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads.
